I prioritize your vision and work with you to deliver a bespoke MVP that is tailored to the success of your idea.
You know exactly what you're getting and how much it will cost you.
I bring two decades of experience as a Software Engineer and industry experience to deliver a fully functional MVP.
Here are the reasons investing in an MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for your product idea is a game-changer.
Get your product to the market as quickly as possible. Nothing is worse than spending a year, and hundreds of thousands developing a product only for it to fail and deliver product users don't want to use.
You can attract early adopters by delivering a scaled-down product that addresses a specific pain point and who are willing to invest in your product's potential and provide valuable feedback for your success.
Without a product, everything you know about a user, their pain points, and what they want is an assumption. Delivering something users can use quickly will help rapidly validate or dismiss those assumptions.
A scaled-down product allows you to quickly update, add, or remove features based on feedback from your early adopters with minimal effort and budget, keeping you ahead of the curve as your product matures.
My simple and collaborative process is designed to understand your idea and deliver a working MVP in 1 to 3 months.
Discuss what you want to build in detail.

Additional information you need to know about building your MVP.
The more information and details you include in the contact form or email, the better. This will help me frame the initial consultation.
My goal with the initial consultation is to obtain as much detail as possible about your idea, the problem you're trying to solve, and where you are in the initial product research stage. Depending on the product, we may need to work on sketches.
Then, we will work together to narrow down the features to what is essential to test your product idea and what would make or break it.
Yes. Some books I recommend are:
If you have any other good reads, let me know.
Very involved. That will determine the success of the MVP; I cannot build what I don't understand. I will work with you to prototype the MVP with sketches or a wireframe. If you haven't already, we may also need to work on user stories and journeys. I will also ask for your feedback as I build the MVP; you will have access to a sandbox environment for user testing.
No. I have a Fiduciary Responsibility to my business and I'm not willing to get into a no-win legal situation.
You can read more on why I don't sign NDAs and the criteria I need to sign here .
Both. Both have to connect to a backend, and it is not uncommon for multiple types of applications to access the same data by connecting to a single backend.
I have two decades of experience as a Software Engineer for large enterprises and startups. I am a full-stack developer and can help you design your MVP, build and architect it, integrate it with third-party services, and deploy it to the cloud.
Depending on your MVP, I might use:
It is impossible to give you an exact amount without fully understanding the product and the complexity of the features needed. We can discuss the number of features and how well-tested you want the MVP to help reduce the cost.
In most cases, I don't. There are many factors that I need to consider, such as whether I know the market your product is in, whether you are an established business, how committed you are to the product's success, and how well we work together.
If, after the MVP stage, you wish to continue to work together, we can reopen the discussion for equity or profit sharing.
While templates help reduce the initial cost, they almost always come with a high maintenance cost and are nearly impossible to customize, costing you thousands in the future. Templates and prebuilt solutions pigeonhole you into what they can do, not what you need them to do. That is why I stay away from them and build MVPs from scratch.
Some of the common operation costs may include:
After building a few MVPs for myself, I have found some useful tools and services.
Just like the cost, this depends on the complexity of your project and MVP. My goal is to get your MVP out within 1 to 3 months so you can get users using your product early and gain the valuable feedback you need to succeed. If your MVP does not fit in that window, that is OK; some product ideas are very complex.
The formal agreement will contain everything about what happens if the project is delayed and our obligations.
The formal agreement will contain what you must do if you request additional features or changes. Remember that this could, and likely will, affect your MVP's final price and delivery date. We should avoid scope creep as much as possible.
Users will be able to use your product, of course. Other than that, I will transfer the code and all resources to you, and you will own all the servers the product is hosted on, including the sandbox environment and testing. You will fully own your MVP.
Of course. After the MVP is built, there will be a free maintenance period to fix any unexpected errors and bugs, not new features. We can discuss a maintenance package that can include an hourly rate for new features and bug fixes after the maintenance period.

Of course. You are paying me to build your MVP.
Of course. I have also done this from the other side, taking over existing projects. I will provide a basic architectural diagram, instructions on how to run the application locally for development, in-code documentation, and code tests—everything a seasoned software engineer needs.
